Terms of Service

1. The service

Nexus Data Engineering ("we", "us") provides AVIP, the Advantage Intelligence Pipeline — a subscription analytics dashboard for competitive ad and market intelligence — at nexusdataengineering.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Accounts are for the subscribing individual or organization; do not share credentials outside your organization. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually for enterprise plans) through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Usage-based charges and credit purchases are billed as described on our plans page.
• The Founder's Pack price is locked for the life of the continuous subscription; lapsed subscriptions re-subscribe at then-current prices.
• You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach the Service's security, scrape or resell its data feeds, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may throttle or suspend usage that degrades the Service for others.

5. Data and intelligence content

Dashboards, metrics, and reports are provided for your internal business use. Market intelligence is derived from public sources and statistical modeling; it is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not financial, legal, or investment advice.

6. Availability

We target high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed SLA except where an enterprise agreement states otherwise. Planned maintenance will be brief and infrequent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
